Tip jars are placed on bar for bartenders. Should party wish to NOT have them placed, an 18% service fee will be charged instead of the standard 10%.
We reserve the right to stop serving guests if they appear to be intoxicated.
Guests must be 21 to consume alcohol. We do I.D.
Make sure your wedding party is aware of this prior as many do not bring their i.d. with them.
Separate table must be supplied for guests 21 and under for self serve, minors not allowed at bar.
Cash bar available - $500 set up fee Full Bar Option 1, $600 Full Bar Option 2, $650 Full Bar Option 3, $400 Beer & Wine Option, plus $40 per bartender per hour
All bar options include disposable cups and ice/bartenders
Catering Liquor permit supplied for all alcohol options above by Callahan’s. No outside alcohol allowed.
Bartender Only - $40/per hour per bartender, must include 1 hour set up time – party will supply all alcohol/mixers/ice - note there will be no Catering Liquor License available with this option. Party must apply for a 1 day beer/wine license with state (1 day liquor license not available from state).
License must be printed and presented to bartender prior to set up.

Ice Cream Bar - $6.00/person
Includes vanilla, chocolate, strawberry ice cream served by an attendant with sprinkles, nuts, candies, toppings, whip cream and bananas for guests to create their sundaes-available for 2 hours
